In the course of my work at the Charter Cities Institute (CCI), I was fortunate enough to be able to write two chapters of CCI’s Governance Handbook: Chapter 1.2: Administrative Law and Chapter 3: Private Law.
This was my first academic article that resulted from my work at the Charter Cities Institute (CCI). It is cowritten with two talented young scholars, Jeff Mason and Ivette Cano, and discusses the history and features of the worlds first charter city law: Honduras’s ZEDE Law.
This was my first academic article, and was published in the University of Washington School of Law’s Washington International Law Journal. The article discusses how Chinese private military companies (PMCs) might be best governed as those companies see more employment around the world.
